TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The following Terms and Conditions control your membership in the GB Daily Care Corporation program. You agree that you have read and understood this Agreement and that your membership in the GB Daily Care Corporation program shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the \"Member\") and GB Daily Care Corporation. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions will constitute a binding and enforceable agreement between yourself and GB Daily Care Corporation. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by GB Daily Care Corporation. Please review them from time to time since your ongoing use is subject to the terms and conditions as modified. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register to become a member of GB Daily Care Corporation.

1.         Members must provide GB Daily Care Corporation with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address and email address. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, GB Daily Care Corporation at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.

2.         Members may not activate or use more than one Member account; select or use an Email Address of another person; use a name subject to rights of another person without authorization from that person; use a false or misleading name, mailing address, or email address to activate or use a Member account.

3.         By signing up for the GB Daily Care Corporation program, Member is opting-in to receive other special offer emails from GB Daily Care Corporation. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account anytime.

 4.        The Member must not repack, re-label or alter the products in any manner. The member understands that there is no remuneration for recruiting new members. Benefit is calculated solely on the actual sales of the products displayed in our website. The member is under no obligation to prospect for new members but may do so if they wish.

5. The member will not make any claim in regard to the possible therapeutic effects of the products of the company.

The Member agrees that the company discharges its responsibility for product delivery when the products which have been paid for had been shipped and the company can produce documentation to this effect. 7.         Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement. Member agrees not to attempt to earn through other than legitimate channels authorized by GB Daily Care Corporation. Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind.

8. Your Membership, username and password (login), may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform GBDC of any apparent breach of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a username or password. Until GBDC is notified, by e-mail, or by telephone, of any breach in security, the Member will remain personally liable for any unauthorized use.

9. Membership is required to have the privileges of GBDC. Those choosing to register will get a password and an account. Members are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under their account, whether authorized or not. Member agrees to notify GB Daily Care Corporation of any unauthorized use of Member’s account or any other breach of security known or should be known to the Member. Member’s right to use the Service is personal to the Member.

10. GB Daily Care Corporation shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision GB Daily Care Corporation makes relating to the cancellation of earnings and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.

11. Spamming is strictly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise GB Daily Care Corporation will result in immediate termination of your account and a forfeiture of your account balance. Incidents will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in the GB Daily Care Corporation program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.

12. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, GB Daily Care Corporation uses appropriate industry standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of Member\'s personal information, such as firewall, encryption, token authentication, application proxies, monitoring technology, and adaptive analysis of the Website\'s traffic to track abuse of the GB Daily Care Corporation Website and its data. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be 100% secure. As a result, while GB Daily  Care Corporation strives to protect its Members personal information, GB Daily  Care Corporation cannot guarantee the security of any information that Members transmit to or from the participating advertisers/merchants and Member does so at his/her own risk.

To become a member:

Fill up the Application.

Purchase a membership Kit after making the specified payment of Registration and Annual Membership fees.

13. The member is an independent contractor and accepts the sole responsibility of conducting his or her or its own business. GB daily Care Corp a registered corporation with its office in New Jersey, USA agrees to accept the member who has executed the appropriate application (hereinafter called ‘Member”) to buy for their own personal use and also sell the company products. The company operates according to its own policies and procedures and the Member agrees to accept, adhere and follow them. The Member may terminate this agreement without reason by giving the company 14 days of written confirmation with a copy to the sponsor. The company reserves the right to terminate this agreement with 14 days of notice should the company notice the actions or omissions of the member under this agreement are illegal or have breached the company policies. Every member should buy the products either directly from GBDC or from the direct sponsor. Every sale should be accompanied by the invoice stating the Price, Product description, Details of the Member who is selling and the Refund Policy of GBDC. Members will be liable for any consequence occurred because of not complying this. Members are independent contractors and not employees of GBDC.

14. The candidate becomes a Member and all member privileges so long as he/she remits the Annual Membership Fee. Sales Tax and Shipping fees are not subject to any pay out commissions. A Member buys and sells products at the prices defined by the pricelist available at the website and should not exceed the List Price. In the event that your account is frozen, it will remain so for 90 days to clear against any charge backs.  Member further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation. Any use of materials on the website, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or replication, any form of data extraction or data mining, or other commercial exploitation of any kind, without prior written permission of any authorized officer of GB Daily Care is strictly prohibited. Members agree that they will not use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained therein without prior written permission of an authorized officer.

REFUND POLICY:

Supply an equivalent product or the store credit equivalent to the purchase price less shipping and taxes for the unused portion, within 30 days of the purchase. They can use the store credit for buying any product from the GB Daily Care website within the next twelve months.If the Booked Product is out of Stock Gb Daily Care have the right to replace the item with equivalent product or offer for purchase other Product for the same Value.

15. All payments must be directly paid to GB Daily Care through Papal, Demand Draft and Wire Transfer. Company is not responsible for any payments not paid directly to the company. Memberships will renew automatically every year unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The subscriber hereby warrants and represents that he or she is over the age of 18, and in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into this agreement.

16. GB daily care may reject the membership application for any reason, at its discretion, including if the application contains incomplete, inaccurate, false, or misleading information. Any   alteration or modification will be subject to verification

17. GB Daily Care Corporation has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel, at any time and for any or no reason, a Member\'s membership in and access to the GB Daily Care Corporation Website and the GB Daily Care Corporation program. All Earnings may be cancelled in   GB Daily  Care Corporation sole discretion, and the Member may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies if such action is deemed warranted by GB Daily  Care Corporation.

LEGAL NOTICE: Please read all the provisions of this membership agreement fully. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions will constitute a binding and enforceable agreement between you and the website.

BREACH - Without limiting other remedies, we may limit your activity, issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or refuse to provide our services to you if, within our sole and independent judgment: you breach, or we anticipate that you are about to breach, this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference; we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us; or we believe in our sole opinion that your actions may cause financial loss or legal liability for you, our Users or us. We can also terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. If you violate or otherwise breach this Agreement, GB Daily Care will not issue any refunds of any amount to you.

I understand that in joining the GB Daily Care membership and paying the Registration fees and Annual Membership fees I am automatically agreeing to said terms and conditions and I understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in my account termination and any restitution.
